Furiosa gets separated from her mother and will have to learn how to survive in the wastelands, become a road warrior, and find a path to vengeance to make her way home.

• .25oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
• Muddled Peach (2-3 slices)
• .5oz Lime
• .5oz Triple Sec/Gran Marnier/Cointreau (Or use peach liqueur if you need a peachy boost)
• 2oz Mezcal 

Muddle peaches with cinnamon simple syrup. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into ice filled rocks glass.

Sunrise Mocktail

Equal Parts Orange Juice/Grenadine/Sparkling Grape Juice

• 2oz Irish whiskey
• .75oz Cocoa nib-infused Campari*
• .5oz  White creme de cacao
• .5oz Giffard Banane du Brésil
• 2 dashes absinthe

Combine ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.

*Add 3 tbsp to 750ml bottle of Campari. Let sit for one hour then strain. Use in this cocktail or any other time you'd use Campari!

• 0.75 oz O.F.T.D. Rum
• 0.5 oz Hennessy
• 1 Bar Spoon Avua Cachaça
• 0.5 oz Pan Dan Syrup

• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Dash Mole Bitters 

Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into rocks glass (or mason jar) with ice. Garnish with mochi on the side!

• 1oz Prosciutto Washed Rum*
• 1oz Cantaloupe Puree
• .5oz Cantaloupe Syrup
• .5oz Lemon Juice

Add ingredients to shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with Mint and prosciutto.

*Add slice of prosciutto to 2 cups aged rum. Let sit for 8 hours. Remove prosciutto and place rum into freezer for 4 hours. Strain solidified fat from rum and enjoy in cocktails!

• 1 lemon twist

Shake first 4 ingredients with ice. Strain into ice filled high ball glass and top with ginger beer and a lemon twist.

• .5oz Lillet Blanc
• .5oz Orange Liqueur
• 1oz Orange Juice
• .5oz Spiced Demerara Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 8 Drops Orange Bitters
• 6 Drops Cinnamon Bitters

Add ingredients to shaker tin and shake. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with Cinnamon.

We try our best to recreate an amazing cocktail from Fanny's at the Academy Museum with some bourbon and some dates....and a little smoke, plus we recap on the 7 time Oscar winning film!

• 1oz Date Infused Sweet Vermouth
• Black Cardamom Seeds
• Almond Extract

In a shaker tim, lightly crush cardamom seeds, then add ice and other ingredients. Stir and double strain over an ice filled rocks glass. Smoke for added flavor and presentation!

• 2oz Vodka
• .5oz Lime Juice
• 1tsp Agave Syrup
• 1 scoop Raspberry Sorbet
• Prosecco

Put scoop Sorbet into a coupe glass. Shake vodka, lime, and agave and strain over the sorbet. Top with Prosecco

• .5oz Simple Syrup
• .5oz Lemon Juice
• .5oz Peach Liqueur
• 1.25oz Vodka
• 1 Egg White
• 4 Raspberries

Muddle raspberries then add ingredients to shaker tin. Dry shake without ice for 30 seconds, then add ice and shake again until ice cold. Strain into glass and enjoy!
