Place cloves into oranges and slice in half. Slice Etrog/Grapefruit/Lemon in half. Bake in 350degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
Place fruit, sugar, cinnamon, star anise, and red wine into a pitcher and allow to sit at room temperature overnight.
Strain fruit out of liquid and place on stove top. Heat until "smoking" just below a simmer and add port. Bring back up to "smoking" and serve
