• 3tbsp Pineapple
• 4 Basil Leafs
• .5oz Basil Simple Syrup
• 2oz Pineapple Juice
• .5oz Lemon Juice
• 2oz Pineapple Vodka
• Orange Bitters

Muddle pineapple, basil, and simple syrup in a tall cocktail glass, then add ice. Add remaining ingredients to shaker with ice, shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple and mint.

• 1oz Chamomile Honey Syrup
• 1oz Lemon Juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into chilled coupe glass.

*Chamomile Honey Syrup - Steep 2 tea bags in 1/2 cup hot water for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in 1/2 cup of honey. Store syrup in refrigerator.
