Golden Age Gimlet

1.5oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
1.5oz Fresh pineapple juice
.75oz Fresh lime juice
.5oz Vanilla syrup

Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into chilled nick & nora glass. Garnish with olive.

The Class Act

1.5oz mint-infused Tequila Don Julio 1942
.75oz fresh lemon juice
.5oz simple syrup
.33oz milk

Add ingredients to clean mason jar and let sit overnight. Strain through coffee filter 2x. Serve in rocks glass with large ice cube.
