Episode 196: Miracle on 34th Street & the Santa Claus Smash

This week we go back to a classic tale about real life miracles and happiness and mix up a bourbon smash to go along with it.

This week's cocktail comes from My Bartender!

• 2oz Bourbon
• 1oz Ginger Syrup
• 2.5oz Pomegranate Juice
• .5oz Lemon Juice
• Ginger Beer
• Mint & Pomegranate Arils

Combine Bourbon, Syrup, Pomegranate, and Lemon Juice in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into ice filled rocks glass. Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with Mint & Pomegranate Arils

*Ginger Syrup - Dissolve equal Parts Sugar and Water. Roughly chop ginger and allow to steep in simple syrup as long as desired for ginger intensity. Strain and bottle, store in refrigerator.
