• .5oz Lemon Juice
• .5oz Lavender Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 1oz Violette Gin
• 2oz Grapefruit & White Cranberry Juice

Add ingredients to shaker and shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into coupe glass.
